Been using this service, following a recommendation, for a number of months to support our son who is YR10 with some additional needs. Like many other students, he has been impacted by lockdown periods and school closures and was finding his English studies particularly challenging. Our tutor has been wonderful. She has spent so much time tailoring the learning to suit our son's needs, working hard to adapt the best ways of learning to bring out the best in him.

Our tutor is really approachable and always makes herself available if our son needs additional help in between his weekly sessions. There has never been any sense of pressure.
